Final Touches uses various products but is happy to use a client's products if preferred, but we accept no responsibility for any reactions.

PRIVACY POLICY

Final Touches does not pass on any details to any other organisation or third party unless otherwise asked by the client.
However from time to time we do ask clients if we may contact the photographer for pictures of the event to use for advertising reasons .If you do not wish this to happen please let us know

I’m happy/not happy for photos to be used.

TRAVEL FEES

Travel fees will be charged if travel on the wedding day is over 30miles radius and this will be calculated and added to the final invoice.

DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS

A 25% non refundable deposit will secure the wedding/event once a trial has taken place and the client is 100% happy with the outcome.
In the event for any reason you have to cancel your booking for a bridal trial, a minimum of 7 days notice is needed
Cancellation for a wedding or event requires a minimum of 8 weeks notice and notified in writing. Otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% of the total balance will be charged.

PRICES

Prices quoted are based on numbers agreed before the event. Should this change on the day pricing will be revised and a separate invoice will be sent after the event.

TRIAL PAYMENT

Payment for a trial is due on the day of the trial along with a 25% non refundable deposit if you wish to secure the date, this will then be deducted from your final total.
All other payments will be invoiced two weeks prior to the wedding or event and payment should be sent by cheque and made payable to J.Eveleigh.If you wish to pay by cash please have this ready on the day and please notify that this is how you wish to pay.

HOURLY RATES

Hourly rates will apply if a starting time is earlier than 7.30 am on the day of the event. This is an additional £35
